QUALIFICATIONS
- BGCSE Certificate, minimum certificate in horticulture / forestry.
- Drivers licence is an added advantage.
COMPETENCIES
- Leadership skills (supervision of employees, influence and persuasion skill).
- Implementation of company strategies and plans.
- Monitoring of sites and provide solid report to the management.
