TEMPORARY TEACHER AIDE – (PRE SCHOOL)

QUALIFICATION: Minimum Junior Certificate

SALARY SCALE: B4 notch P30, 312.00- P 36,048.00 per annum
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To assist the class teacher with daily activities of the class or assignment as required by the School Head

1. DUTIES:

• Provide support in academic work including practical activities
• Provide mobility
• Assist in personal/body care hygiene
• Assist in feeding of pre-school learners
• Keeps the classrooms and the surrounding area clean and tidy
• Dusts and cleans windows and furniture in all rooms
• Washes materials and stores them in a safe place
• Undertakes any other related duties assigned by the school Heads or Supervisor
• Undertakes any other duty required to meet the exigencies of the service

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• Copy of Omang (valid and certified)
• 2 references
• Age 18-40 years
• Certified copies of certificates
• Having served in a Pre School is an advantage
• Having volunteered in VDC/related committees is also an added advantage.
