Purpose of the Role:
The Contract Management System Project Manager spearheads the development of ActionAid’ s new Contract Management System (CMS) – a harmonised set of business processes supported by an IT platform that contains live and historical information on all ActionAid’ s (AA’s) restricted funded projects; and supports all staff with a set of core business practices, roles and responsibilities throughout the project cycle
Purpose of the Role: The Grants and Compliance Manager works as an integral part of the International Partnership Development (IPD) team and collaborates with other functions and ActionAid International (AAI) members to support effective institutional fundraising and contract management. This includes developing and embedding best practice to comply with donor financial rules, supporting donor proposal budgeting, analysis of institutional income, donor contract expenditure tracking, monitoring and providing management information on key risks, contributing to the implementation of improved financial systems and processes to facilitate better donor reporting and compliance, and capacity building of IS and country staff with grants and compliance related roles.
Salary: £31 617 per annum on International Grade C

Purpose of the Role: The Grants and Compliance Officer works as an integral part of the International Partnership Development ( IPD) team and collaborates with other functions and AAI members to support effective institutional fundraising and contract management. This includes supporting donor proposal budgeting; setting up compliance monitoring systems; tracking donor contract income, expenditure and reporting; producing compliance reports; working as system administrator for the interim Contract Management Database and the global Contract Management System when fully developed; and contributing to capacity building of relevant federation staff on contract management.
