Abt Associates seeks a Deputy Chief of Party for the anticipated USAID-funded Southern Africa Trade and Investment Hub Project. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A record of successful performance in at least one contract technical area (i.e., trade facilitation, agricultural development, business enabling environment reforms);
- At least 5 years management experience;
- Excellent English langugage written and oral communication skills; and
- A graduate degee in a relevant discipline such as business, economics, or law.
