Site Accountant
The role
The financial information generated by the site is reliable, complete and truly reflects the events that occurred on the site.
Key performance areas
- Weekly reconciliation of the difference between costs per Aurora.
- Site Bi-monthly reports received by the 16th of the month and forecast for the remainder of the month
- Record exists for all revenue provisions which do not have a corresponding invoice with reasons
- Site Month end reporting
- Stock Control - ensure that all stock received by the site stores is issued to specific jobs. and authorized by the relevant personnel.
Your profile
- Matric plus a recognised post matric accounting qualification
- At least 5 years experience in the financial department
- Proven competence in Microsoft applications - advanced
- Exposure to working with reconciliations
- Business language requirement
- Deadline driven – very tight schedule
- Good communication skills
