Branch Manager at Nors Group - Francistown - Botswana

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor the daily activity of Workshop Services and Parts Sales;
  • Assess the Branch results through analysis of Performing Indicators;
  • Check the Branch Sales Budget, the Aftersales Business margins and operating expenses (personnel, fuel, equipment, etc.);
  • Coordinate the Branch’s Human Resources;
  • Supervise the Workshop activity and analyze jointly and periodically the results and the definition of procedures and routines;
  • Ensure the Company’s Policies & Routines regarding Petty Cash & Receivables;
  • Define and plan for ensuring quality improvement activities, according to the services to be performed and with emerging needs;
  • Meet and follow–up with Strategic Customers (routine visits and courtesy, complaints resolution, etc.).

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Higher Education Degree in Management/Economics/Engineering;
  • Proven Experience in similar functions above 5 years;
  • Autonomous, dynamic and organized;
  • Good technical knowledge of the Company’s products;
  • Good understanding of Financial reporting, pricing
  • Principles and effects of discounting;
  • Strong Customer orientation with ability to communicate with customers effectively;
  • Business focused, target - driven with “self - going” initiator skills;
  • High orientation in meeting goals;
  • Proven Leadership Abilities;
  • Good command of Microsoft Office;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
