Senior plant Manager

Duties and Resposibilities
- Maintain a high level of equipment availability and minimize fleet downtime
- Ensure adequate earthmoving equipment stock levels are maintained
- Ensure proper plant record management and component change out programme
- Responsible for performance management in the department
- Responsible for training and development as well motivation of staff
- Ensure compliance to Safety & Quality policies, procedures and standards
- Ensure implementation and enforcement of the company's SHERQ system
- Responsible for Pant Financial Result
Qualifications and Requirements
-NCC in Heavy Plan Mechanics or /N4 /NQF Level 3 in Heavy Plant Maintenance or equivalent or related field.
- Experience as a Senior Plant Manager in an open cast mining environment
- Experience in supplier management, warranty management, quality control and plan failure investigations
