As the RCO Coordination Specialist, you will work under the guidance of the UN Resident Coordinator and lead the staff of the UN Coordination Unit. You will coordinate all joint activities and programme done by the agencies acting in Botswana, mainly working with Heads of Agencies and the Government counterparts to drive the progress of our joint work. To function in this role you must be a strong communicator, a team player, well organised, flexible and keep high standards of quality of the work produced.
