RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Service Manager, the incumbent will be required to:

- Manage the service operations in order to satisfy customer needs
- Manage the vehicle repair order process
- Carry out the quality control duties and do (if necessary) vehicle repair, maintenance and diagnostic work
- Use the Barloworld Motor Retail and franchise systems & procedures
- Manage physical resources
- Manage the performance of staff
- Measure actual performance of staff against targets
- Take appropriate corrective action
- Control outwork/sublet work daily
- Control consumables
- Lead the team in order to develop and maintain a positive working relationship and reach objectives
- Develop staff to improve performance

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- O Level / BGCSE certificate
- National Craft Certificate (NCC) in Auto mechanics or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Qualified Technician
- Unendorsed Driver’s Licence
