DUTIES
To assist the assistant Food and Beverage manager, and in her absence take over her responsibilities.
Ensure a smooth and professional service in all Food and Beverage outlets,
Accurate F&B administration, stock control, ensure that disciplinary measures are in place, train and develop F&B staff, maintain customer relations, maintain good communication between department and employees.
Ensure hygiene among staff and the entire department.

The prospective candidates must have relevant qualifications and experience, be mature & enjoy working in a remote bush environment, understand, & have the necessary initiative to deal with day to day challenges this environment presents
