CIVIL ENGINEER/SITE AGENT
Requirements
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering from an internationally recognized University/College with at least 10 years hands on experience as a Civil Engineer/Site Agent. Previous experience from a Contractor would be an added advantage. Registration with Engineers Registration Board (Botswana) would also be an added advantage, but if a suitable candidate is selected, they would be required to register with ERB immediately as it is now a legal requirement in Botswana to do so.

- Extensive experience in Concrete foundations and earth works.
- Detailed knowledge in civil engineering designs/drafting
- Hands On of Site Construction and Supervision
- Leadership Site skills and the ability to delegate.
- Accurate and trustworthy as they would be required to work on sites
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills as He/She would be interacting with Consultants, Clients and Site Staff.
- Able to cope with physical demands of the job.
