PROJECT MANAGER (X1) & ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER (X1) - CAMP SERVICES MANAGEMENT BOTSWANA


Camp Services Management Botswana (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Servest Multi Service Group (Pty) Ltd invites suitably qualified, experienced, innovative, result oriented and self-driven individuals who are citizens of Botswana to apply for the following positions within the Company.
Position: Project Manager (x1) & Assistant Project Manager (x1)
Main purpose of the job: To manage the services of the company to its requirements and satisfaction within the agreed budgetary limits.

Requirements

Key result areas include but not limited to:
  • Manage service level agreement and feedback to Client and Company Management regarding level of compliance.
  • Develop, implement and monitor operational plans and report monthly.
  • Ensure delivery of quality services (as per operation, i.e. catering, cleaning, maintenance, laundry, housekeeping, recreation etc).Measurement against balance score card.
  • Ensure health, safety, quality and environmental issues are prioritised and managed appropriately.
  • Staff management , development and disciplinary code a must.
  • Analyse and interpret financial documents implementing corrective action / continuous improvement as appropriate.
  • Ensure that Company assets and stock levels are maintained and controlled.
  • Ensure all administrative work is completed, including payroll variations, book work, health, safety and security records, employee records.
  • Monitor, inspect and audit all work completed within the operation and report non-conformances and implement.
  • Maintains high personal hygiene, safety and dress code for all staff.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and billing to client a must.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management or equivalent
  • Business Management/ Supply and Logistics Management/ Administration will be an added advantage.
  • Practical experience in lieu of the required qualifications will be considered.
Experience:
  • At least ten (10) years relevant experience in a camp/ site Management.
  • Must have at least six (6) years proven track in managing people in a hospitality industry.
  • Business Management skills.
  • Supply and logistics Management.
Competencies:
  • Customer Service.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong IT skills including Ms word,Excel and Powerpoint.
