1.MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS

1.1.Job Purpose 

Reporting to the Operations Manager; the role includes:

• Maximizing profits
•Effective personnel management
•Operational standards fulfillment and maintenance
•Effective store management and assisting with the successful opening of new stores

1.2.Requirements

•Form 5, a tertiary qualification (Desirable)
•2-3 years experience in the fast food industry
•At least 2 years experience in a supervisory role
•Computer literate
•Time management skills

2.ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

2.1.Job Purpose

Reporting to the Finance Manager; The role includes:

•Payment for suppliers and supplier reconciliation
•Preparation of VAT, WHT & Income Tax liability and making payment
•Use of Pastel and entering payments
•Other job related work assigned by the supervisor

2.2.Requirements

•AAT Qualification or advanced Certificate level with 2 to 3 years working experience in a reputable company.

OR

•BICA stage 1 of professional stage with 2 to 3 years working experience in a reputable company.
