1. JOB PURPOSE
•Responsible for acquisition, growth and development of the Employee Banking business focusing on employee sign-ups, maximizing employee needs at point of origination and deepening relationship of assigned portfolio of employees. •Collectively responsible for Corporate performance & profitability. 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver on Business Performance objectives •Approach and sign-up individual employees. •Build relationship with WB/ME to obtain leads/referrals for corporate sign ups. •Maximise needs met at point of origination through assessing and meeting other customer needs based on bundle proposition offers and range of products made available. •Mandated to increase penetration in the existing schemes primarily on PL,CC, Mortgage, Banca and CA. •Man on site events, road shows, etc. with the aim of increasing employee sign-ups and employee penetration of each corporate •Assist employees in application documentation and where required, follow-up on supporting documentation until submission. •Overseeing bulk account opening and processing, where required. •Manage and deepen relationship of a portfolio of employees through proactive activation, cross-sell, up-sell, usage and upgrade activities to ensure portfolio, revenue and profitability growth. Adhere to and Institute controls in the sales process for the unit •To ensure bank charges/terms and conditions are clearly communicated to prospects. •To ensure “Customer Due Diligence” requirements as prescribed by the bank are duly adhered to. All the legal and compliance guidelines provided by the bank are adhered to. •Data confidentiality and secrecy norms of the bank are adhered to. •Ensure full awareness of all policies related to mis-selling, etc & comply by the same. •Maintain complete and detailed knowledge of all the assigned products. •Be responsive to customer’s needs and practice responsible selling, adhering to appropriate sales and marketing practices. •Maintain accurate and up to date activity records. Adhere to Operational Risk Management Assurance & Compliance: •Ensure awareness and adherence to all policies, guidelines, procedures and local regulatory requirements. •Ensure adherence to the risk management frame work. •Conduct CDD,MLP and TCF diligently. •To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager •Zero tolerance on fraud and mis-selling. •Read, understand and comply with all provisions of the Group Code of Conduct •Attend all required training. | |
