Reporting to the IT Service Leader – EAGM, acts as the leader with responsibility for the provision of all IT services within a specific community. Provides leadership with liaison and process expertise to ensure user and site services such as Helpdesk, End User Support, voice and network connectivity are meeting user expectations. Has responsibility for a specific IT service where required. | |
Reporting to the IT Service Leader – EAGM, acts as the leader with responsibility for the provision of all IT services within a specific community. Provides leadership with liaison and process expertise to ensure user and site services such as Helpdesk, End User Support, voice and network connectivity are meeting user expectations. Has responsibility for a specific IT service where required. • Teams with IT Service Leader - EAGM to execute the vision and strategy for IT services within the community • Responsible for an IT service where appropriate • Responsible for ensuring Service Level Agreements are met and delivering client satisfaction, i.e. EUS/MC/ASI • Drives improvement in the end user experience of IT • IT Service community management/escalation management • Handles end user communication for IT Services within community • Collects requirements, designs service proposals and manages ongoing relationships with client businesses • Provides service management and support strategy to non-standard and deprecated systems where required • Responsible for cost centers, resource allocation and planning to ensure delivery of business benefits together with user/site initiative leaders • Collaborate with other organizations and functions such as shared Resources, Vendors to deliver solutions | |
• Understanding of IT technologies and how to apply them • Strong IT experience, ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions • ITIL knowledge and experience • Experience with Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management processes • Project management experience • Awareness of and ability to deliver compliance requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills • Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others and achieve results • Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver • Self-motivated and clear thinker • Minimum four years IT experience | |
