Refuse Collector (Public Health Attendant III) , Kgatleng District Council

VACANCY CIRCULAR NO: 31 OF 2015

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Botswana citizen
for the below mentioned position tenable at Matebeleng.
POST: Refuse Collector (Public Health Attendant III) 
SALARY: A3 (P15 528.00 – P18 444.00 per annum)
LEAVE: 20 days per annum

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE).

BENEFITS: Optional contributory Medical Aid Scheme (Employer pays 50% and Employee pays 50%)
Contributory Pension Fund (Employer pays 15% and Employee pays 5%)

DUTIES:
1. Cleans the street and or public places of litter.
2. Spreads out refuse at disposal sites using appropriate hands tools.
3. Disposes of refuse at designated areas.
4. Segregates waste accordingly and directs waste carrying vehicles to appropriate locations for disposal.
5. Disposes of dead domestic animals in a hygienic way.
6. Undertakes any other related duties as directed by
Management.
