ACCOUNTANT

Role overview
The incumbent will provide operational direction to the Business by implementing and enhancing the accounting workflow systems and processes within the business while ensuring that financial controls and procedures are followed and adhered to for various internal & external stakeholders. In addition, the incumbent will be tasked with compiling statutory, regulatory and management reporting for the Business.

FINANCE MANAGER

Role purpose
Reporting to the Head of Finance RMB Botswana, the incumbent will be responsible for enabling and managing the consolidated review and reporting processes across statutory, regulatory and management information disciplines for the RMB activities in Botswana, with emphasis on:

Strengthening the financial control fabric
Driving efficiencies and process standardisation
Timeous and accurate financial reporting
Building strategic business partnerships with various stakeholders

PROCESS MANAGER

Role overview
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the incumbent will be required to design, develop and make enhancements within the Bank to ensure resource and operational alignment with business strategies.

PROCESS ENGINEER

Role overview
Reporting to the Process Manager, the incumbent will be required to design, develop and enhance BI processes within the Bank and to translate business strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant BI initiatives aligned with specific performance measures and control systems.

STRATEGY AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Role overview
The incumbent in partnership with the Head of RMB Botswana and the leadership team will drive the delivery of the RMB Business strategy and project manage various strategic activities while fostering a culture of innovation and delivery of key objectives.
