1.HEAD CHEF
• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Cooking and Culinary with a minimum of 3 years experience in institutional and Industrial catering.
2.CATERING OPERATIONS MANAGER
• Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality Management with a minimum of 3 years experience on similar position.
• Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality Management with a minimum of 3 years experience on similar position.
3.ACCOUNTANT
• AAT or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum five years working experience required.
• Preference will be given to persons with knowledge of Pastel
4.ASSISTANT CATERING MANAGER
• Diploma in Hospitality and a minimum of 2 years working experience as a supervisor
5.SOUS CHEF
• Diploma/Certificate in food preparation along with a minimum of 2 years working experience in a large scale operation.
• Diploma/Certificate in food preparation along with a minimum of 2 years working experience in a large scale operation.
6.FRONT SERVICE ASSISTANT/WAITERS
• Minimum BGCSE Certificate with 2 years experience
