Overview	Mining company looking for a confident team player to improve and develop systems

• Implement organisational performance understanding and integration through knowledge sharing with leadership.
• Develop, guide and coach training of organizational initiatives.
• Implement and coach employee development initiatives and align these to the Sales & Marketing School.
• Manage and guide talent through the organisational ranks ensuring high retension of such talent.
• Measure and analyse employee climate within the organisation.
• Set common scorecard objectives to maximise efficiencies and outputs.
• Evaluate and recommend alignment opportunities within the business processes.

Qualifications

Relevant degree/diploma
Botswana citizen
Organisational performance experience and in depth understanding of individual performance improvement systems
Understanding of the various legislations to ensure compliance
IR Negotiation skills
Administration experience
