1.ACCOUNTANT QUERY RESOLUTION
1.1.Job Purpose
Reporting to the Distribution Channels Manager, the incumbent is responsible for responding to customer queries and their timely resolution. The incumbent must also maintain a Query register and update it daily on the different queries and their status. The position is tenable in Gaborone.
1.2.Qualifications & Experience
•Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent with relevant 5 years experience , 2 years of which should have been at supervisory level within a call centre background ideally in a Banking/ Finance institution
•Experience of working in a customer facing service environment
1.3.Competencies
•Effective communication, including investigative skills
•Ability to work independently or as part of a team
•Achieving high standards and delivering results with accuracy and attention to detail
•Ability to function in a fast paced and high performance environment
•Incumbent to possess analytical ability.
