1.COMPLIANCE OFFICER
1.1.Main Purpose of the Job
Reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance, the incumbent will support the development of policies, procedures, guidelines, infrastructures, systems and processes which will ensure that the bank meets its statutory, regulatory and compliance requirements. Reporting all compliance issues to the Head, S/he will implement and maintain compliance management processes to ensure the business complies with regulatory requirements as provided for in the legislation and mitigates potential exposure to risk.
1.2.Qualifications & Experience
•Business related degree / relevant professional qualification
•Minimum of 3 years related experience in risk and compliance management, within a banking/ financial institution environment
•Sound knowledge on regulatory compliance issues
•Sound knowledge on risk management framework

•Proficient in MS Office with emphasis on word documents, Excel spreadsheets and power point.
