1.1.Job Purpose

Job account-abilities include diary management, co-ordination of appointments, client interaction, legal correspondence, filling, assisting with practice management, and liaising with banks and attorneys

1.2.Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with regard to cross-referencing Word documents, formatting tables in excel and creating presentations in PowerPoint.
• He/she should also have excellent typing skills, including Dictaphone typing.
• Self starter with the ability to plan and organize their own schedules as well as other people's.
• Interpersonal savvy is vital to this role, as a proficiency in written communication.
