10.SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

10.1.Job Purpose

The successful candidate will coordinate and execute Human Resource polices and procedures and programs in their area of responsibility to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of HR services. 

10.2.Qualifications & Experience

•Recognized bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
•A minimum of 5 years relevant experience, 2 years of which should have been in HR administration or Industrial Relations.
