1.1.Job Purpose

LegalWise seeks to employ a toll free Administrator to manage the toll-free telephone line.

1.2.Duties

•Receiving calls for toll free line
•Provide product information to prospective and current members
•New member application process by sending forms to prospective clients by fax or email
•Member liaison: to handle all member administrative queries
•Update member policy information upon receipt of faxed or emailed instructions from members of fully completed hello Yello forms
•Scanning and sending client reinstatement to the Reinstatement Department
•Reprinting client membership cards
•Assist with ad hoc as and when required

1.3.Qualifications and experience

•Matric or recognized equivalent qualification
•2 years outbound call centre experience

1.4.Skills and competencies

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Must have high standards of quality
•Must have analytical ability
•Must have a customer orientation
•Must be able to influence and persuade
•Must be fluent in English and Setswana languages

1.5.Other requirements

•Relocation will be at own cost
•ITC/Criminal and qualification check will be a requirement
