1.1.Main Purpose of the Job

To provide exceptional service in serving food and beverages to customers in line with operational standards.

1.2.Education, Experience and Competencies

•O'Level/BGCSE
•1-2 years experience in Bar/Restaurant service
•A customer service certificate will be an added advantage
•Previous experience in Food and Beverage service, provide knowledge in specialist areas eg wined cocktails, food beverage service.
•Ability to maintain physical standards and service levels, excellent communications skills
•Organised person with a positive attitude towards work, prepared to work irregular hours as per business requirements
•A team player that can work easily and harmoniously with people
•Strong customer focus
•Ability to work with limited supervision
•Ability to handle pressure
•Computer literate
