Project Title: Mid-term Evaluation of the "Empowerment of Non-State Actors in Botswana (10 ACP BT 003)"
Minimum requirements:
- Education at least Master's Degree Academic Level in economics, trade, finance or industrial development. In the absence of a University Degree stated above, 12 years of equivalent professional experience which must be above the general professional experience duration fixed below, are required in the area of trade and/or Private Sector Development.
General Professional Experience:
- At least 10 years' experience in sectors related to Trade and/or Private sector Development.
Specific professional experience:
- 10 years' professional experience in evaluation of projects and programmes.
- Demonstrated practical experience in conducting mid-term evaluations for EDF-funded projects.
- Experience in monitoring private sector development programmes is considered a distinctive advantage.
- Experience in working with public and private sector organisations is an advantage Soft skills:
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Strong report writing skills
- Fluent in English
