MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To clean allocated offices.
DUTIES:
1. Cleans offices and furniture including dusting, sweeping daily, scrubbing, polishing floors, and cleaning windows when deemed necessary or as directed by supervisor.
2. Cleans and washes toilets applying disinfectants provided.
3. Washes cleaning materials and stores them in a safe place.
4. Prepares tea for members of staff, washes cups and utensils after use.
5. Undertakes any other related duties as required to meet exigencies of the service

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
• Take verbatim proceedings of court in short hand
• Transcribe proceedings from short hand into ordinary characters
• Diarizes postponements of cases and draws the judges attention to reserved judgements
• Informs Attorneys, Prison Officials and all interested parties of dates of hearing and postponements
• Provides research services
• Undertakes any other related duties as may be required to meet the exigencies of the services
