Job Description
The role holder is responsible to:-
i) Manage the administration of the three payroll databases for Botswana; local, expatriate and flip staff. ii) Co-ordinate the implementation of salary increases, bonus payments iii) Provide management with information on payments/staff costs and explaining variance as applicable.iv) Respond to payroll requests/queries from management and staff.
v) Reconciliation of HR Suspense Accounts.
