1.ASSISTANT BOOKING SPECIALIST - MAUN OFFICE

1.1.Job Purpose

An Assistant Booking Specialist is an integral part of HATAB operations. Tourists receive their first impression of the HATAB service standards at the time of reservation Therefore, Booking Specialist must be courteous, knowledgeable and informative. 

1.2.Duties & Responsibilities

•The Primary duty of an Assistant Booking Specialist is to sell HATAB Campsites to prospective Mobile Operators
•The Assistant Booking Specialist assists the Booking specialist to ensure smooth collection of camping fees, including issuing receipts and vouchers to the mobile operators and customers at large, assist the Booking Specialist with preparing monthly reports.

1.3.Qualifications & Experience

•3 years working in a call center setup or 2 years in reservations department
•Diploma in Travel Tourism and Hospitality Management
