1.SENIOR OFFICER; LICENSING 

1.1.Main Purpose of the Job 

Conducts market research and other related initiatives to support postal regulation policy, strategy and guidelines. Source, Collate, analyse and process information and data required in formulation of postal strategy and policy. Support the day to day economic regulatory function of the department. Consider, assess and process tariffs and product costing applications.

1.2.Key Performance Areas

•Existence of market research reports
•Availability of market information and data towards development of the Botswana Postal market
•Information processing support for resolution of disputes
•Assess application for postal tariff fillings
•Contribute to Financial Management and sectional budget for the Department

1.3.Qualifications & Experience

•Degree in Economics, Business, ICT or related field
•Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience

1.4.Competencies

•Interpersonal skills
•Communication skills
•Analytical
•Numerical
