1.TECHNICAL SERVICES TECHNICIAN 

1.1.Main Purpose of the Job 

To provide maintenance service including installation, repair and servicing of equipment to ensure optimal availability and utilization in accordance with service delivery standards and schedules. 

1.2.Key Performance Areas

The successful candidate will be responsible for among other things:

•Repair and Maintenance
•Right First Time repairs (quality of work)
•Adherence to safety procedures
•Availability and accuracy of records
•Customer service

1.3.Qualifications

•Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification
•Computer literate with working knowledge of A+ and N+, Database and Microsoft office package

1.4.Experience

•2 years experience in Telecommunications, security systems, electronics servicing, electro-mechanics / pneumatics or other related fields.

1.5.Competencies
