1.1.Responsibilities 

•Maintains and enhances the organizations human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources polices, programs and practices. 

To develop and deliver people management strategies which support the Company's overall strategic aims and objectives. 

1.2.Qualifications and Training

•Form 5 IGCSE and BGCSE
•Appropriate tertiary education - Degree or equivalent in HR
