VACANCY: ACCOUNTANT- PAYROLL, COMMISSIONS & ANNUITY
Key Performance Areas
• Management of group payroll (BIHL,AGENTS & ANNUITANTS)
• Management of commission payment function
• Staff Supervision
• Budget control
• Agent/Broker relationship and query resolution
Education:
•Chattered Accounting, CIMA/ACCA or equivalent
Background & Experience
The incumbent must have at least three (3) years’ experience in a financial institution, one of which must be post qualification
Skills & Competencies
•High level computer literacy
•Communication skills
•Exceptional client service delivery
•Attention to detail
