SALES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities

The incumbent will have the responsibility to build, and continually develop, a passionate and capable sales community across our business through a learning framework for the sales community which can be applied consistently

Qualifications and Requirements

A relevant tertiary qualification in business, marketing
5-10 years experience in the FMCG or Learning & Development field
BOTA registration, an advantage

Competencies

Good motivational skills
Commercial awareness
Leadership skills and management skills
Must have forward thinking focus
