We have a vacant position in our Secretary-General’s Office for a Records and Correspondence Assistant. We are looking for someone that has strong organisational skills and is capable in managing structured filing systems.
This role maintains a paper and electronic filing system to enable the efficient and timely receipt and handling of correspondence directed to the Secretary-General. It also involves the conversion of the paper filing system to an ICT-based platform, and ensures the orderly transfer of records to the Secretariat’s archives.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Secondary qualifications to GCSE’s or equivalent.
- At least two years’ experience of administrative duties.
- Experience with electronic records management systems.
- Good writing skills.
