1.REGIONAL MANAGER
1.1.Job Purpose
Ensure the efficient implementation of the business agenda of BOCCIM and responsible to service the northern regional membership.
1.2.Job Requirements
•A first Degree inn Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce, or business related field with 3-5 years experience
•Masters Degree will be an added advantage
•Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and in the latest information technology, social media and audio/visual aids.
•3-5 years experience in a membership management and marketing in an association organisation or related.
•Self motivated with solid organizational skills to manage multiple projects
•Some travel required.

•Leadership/Management skills
•Team player, Proactive , self motivated and able to work under pressure
•Communication skills
•Supervision and Accountability.
