1.1 REPORTING STRUCTURE

The successful incumbent will report directly to the Operational Manager

1.2 HDSA REQUIREMENTS 

We looking for a talented Branch Manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation.

1.2 ALTHOUGH NOT LIMITED TO,THE INCUMBENT’S

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY WILL INCLUDE

• Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, administration and sales
• Asses local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
• Hiring of plant
• Plant control/maintenance/plant inspection
• Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training coaching development and motivation
• Keep and maintain discipline on site
• Controls on financial, tires oil and ordering of parts

1.3 THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPEREINCE ARE ESSENTIAL

• 5 years’ experience Branch Management experience
• Minimum of 3years SAP experience
• Proven knowledge of modern managent techniques and best practices
• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
• Familiarity with industry’s’ rules and regulations

1.4 COMPETENCIES REQUIRED ARE AS FOLLOWS

• Excellent organizational good communication skill essential
• Results driven and customer focused
• Leadership and human resources management skills
• Should have a red ticket(medical certificate of fitness) or be fit to undergo and pass a medical examination which must include an eye sight, depth perception and hearing
