1.1.Job Summary

Responsible and accountable for the effective and efficient strategic management of the Hotel operations, through the leadership of associate personnel and liaison with support departments. Ability to market and maintain excellent service standards in achieving the company objectives. Manage the personnel, administrative, financial operations and the marketing activities of hotel. Ability to delegate and monitor related tasks and ensure administrative efficiency, proper procedures and policies implementation, and maintain employee morale. Reports to the Managing Director.

1.2.Qualifications & Experience

•Ideally, qualified candidate must possess a bachelor's or masters Degree in a Hotel Management and Administration
•Thorough knowledge in administration, finance, personnel management and customer relations
•Minimum four (4) years at similar position in a minimum 3 star hotel.
