1.1.Job Summary
To optimize mining production activities through use of available mining systems thus minimizing production costs and improving on production deliverables.
1.2.Job Requirements
•BGCSE or equivalent plus Certificate in Mining or equivalent
•Valid Blasting license holder
•At least three (3) years experience in an open pit environment of which two (2) years was at Supervisory level
•Previous fleet management and control system experience (Modular mining, Wenco, Aquila system for drills etc)
•Knowledge of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality standards related to mining and knowledge of relevant statutory provisions.
