Capital Equipment Sales Support Coordinator x2

The Role

Manage customer equipment sales order from needs negotiation phase to external order acceptance and delivery to customer site and provide specialised sales support service to the Sales Areas on all Global Equipment.

• Manage and Coordinatesequipment and buy-outs with the compilation of proposals/contracts/tenders and rental contracts
• Logistics - assist and manage the transport of Capital equipment( internal and external)
• Manage Stock availability and stock levels
• Coordinate ST forecasting/ prices/ freight/ costing and delivery schedules
• Control of Capital equipment budget per Product Area

Main Responsibilities

• Manage Sales Tools / 4 Sales, proposals/tenders, stock orders by Product Area and update equipment contracts and amendments and utilise an effective administrative system,
• Full EQ job management function including. purchasing management and FOD (Forecasting, Ordering and Delivery) process
• Compliance with BA Mining Ordering procedures, managing Capital Equipment Planning schedules, Manage and control GIT as well as stock availability and control
• Manage and Control quality of Capital Equipment prior to customer delivery.

Your profile

• Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
• At least 2 years proven working experience in a financial and/or sales environment
• A certificate in either Logistics Management/ Procurement Management or similar
• Knowledge and understanding of Sandvik as well as customer business
• Computer literate with proven competence in Microsoft Office and Excel applications, as well as a main
• frame system such as Aurora
• At least 5 years centralised procurement experience
• Background in mining, technical, and engineering
• Knowledge of legal contracts
