We invite qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following position that is vacant in our organization:

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Requirements

Qualification:

Applicants must possess a Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying from an internationally recognised Institution with at least 8 years hands on experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

Requirements:

• Applicants must have extensive knowledge in preparing budgets, tenders and contract execution, including financial accounts of engineering contracts.
• He/She must have the ability to perform risk, value management and cost control
• Ability to prepare and analyse costing of tenders, contracts and final accounts
• Ability to supervise and manage staff
• Experience in Engineering Contractor would be an added advantage.
