The corporation, through Masa 2020 intends to achieve its objectives of Financial Turnaround, Increased Service Delivery, Improved SHERQ Culture and Organisational Effectiveness in order to ensure secure power supply for Botswana.

To create and implement Lean Six Sigma Strategy for the organization with the overall goal of maximising output while minimising cost.
Qualification
- Degree in Process Reengineering
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience
- 7 or more years’ experience of working in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Projects
- Proven track record of successfully implementing sustainable process improvements
