Parts Sales & Service Representative (PSSR)

The role

To promote and grow parts and wear parts sales to all Surface Mining customers through:

• Handling of Requests For Quotes, Orders and price queries
• Forecasting and planning of parts requirements in collaboration with the customer
• Expediting items on backorder
• Resolving of outstanding payments - accounts receivable management
• Monitoring of stock returns and credit processes
• Expediting, Order completion and Debtors
• Active input to budgeting and forecasting processes
• Promoting customer migration to eBusiness channels
• Effective internal (CRM system) and external communication
• Professionally representing the company

Your profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
• Markerting/ Sales related qualification
• 5-years experience in the mining industry or industrial parts sales
• Computer literate - proven competence in Microsoft Office applications as well as other Midrangeapplications
• Willing to travel
• Communication skills
• People skills
• Negotiation skills
