FIELD SUPERVISORS:(POSITIONS ARE FOR A MONTH)

Temporary field assistant
salary scale c4(73,407.00-87,684.00)

Main purpose of the job:
To collect data from selected households during Botswana Anti-corruption Opinion survey 2017
Qualifications:
A minimum of certificate/Diploma in any of statistics,sociology science or any related field.
Research experience will be added advantage
Responsibilities
Preparation of field work
Identificationof required data collection instruments in an accurate,complete,timely and efficient manner
Completion of the research consent with participants when required.

FIELD SUPERVISORS

Salary scale:C3(p90,979.00-p108.725.00)

Main purpose of the job:
To surpervise and assist data enumerators on assigned districts by checking and ensuring that daily quota is met.
Qualifications
A minimum of Diploma/Degree in any of statistics,sociology,social science or any related field.
Rearch experience will be added advantage
Responsibilities
Preparation of field work
Identification of required data sources and participants in assigned areas of field work
Completion of data collection instruments in an accurate,complete,timely and efficient manner.
Completion of the research consent process with participants when required
Required competencies
Reliable and self disciplined
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Client focused
Ability to work under minimul supervision
Time conscious
