DEPUTY PRINCIPAL

Our client is looking for a hardworking, loyal, trustworthy, quick thinking and committed individual to join their team as a Deputy Principal. They would be reporting directly to the general manager.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all duties as required of a Deputy Principal
Continuous commitment to continued high standards of academic excellence
Sustaining and growing the sports, arts and cultural programmes
Commitment to nurturing and developing staff.

Requirements

Minimum Degree in a teaching qualification or related field.
Minimum 4 years working experience in the same or related field.
Be fully conversant with current trends and developments within the educational field
Must be a visionary leader
Total commitment to the School
Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues, pupils and parents
Uphold the ethos of the school
Energetic, self-motivated and able to use own initiative
Good organisational and administrative skills
Must have an open and creative outlook to education
Good communication skills
Computer literacy is imperative
Must be a team player
Have knowledge of IGCSE syllabus
