Masters Degree in computing and any of accounting software experiences & Microsoft skills
Responsibilities
Complete management of Pastel Fixed Assets System for all IT (including laptops)/Non IT equipment including furniture for all centres.
Complete management of SDMS, Warehouse management, Asset Reconciliation & Stationary for delivery, transfers and distribution for all courseware and Non IT equipment including furniture for all centres.
Management of stock of all IT(including laptops)/Non IT equipment at all centres/staff quarters including orders, delivery, transfers and periodic stock takes with the technical teams/facilities teams' assistance.
Management of Laptop Help Desk and supervision of Laptop Help Desk assistants at all centres in day-to-day activities.
Management of all administrative issues related to laptops including dealing with warranty centre, suppliers and students for lost/damaged and sold laptops at all centres.
Preparation of FA valuation/reconciliation report for Accounts Department/Botho Park as required for audit purposes.
Verification of the integrity of assets in terms of quantity ordered when it is delivered to the warehouse. To follow up with Courseware-in-charge on any resolving any discrepancies.
Act as the central link in LRD with all department work including courseware distribution, asset management, and warehouse management. 9. Managing logistics of all asset movement between centres in co-ordination with team leader.
Responsible for collection and verification of all assets from all stores and monthly stock report of warehouse including following up on any discrepancies.
Perform a physical stock take of the warehouse and Botho Park storeroom monthly along with Courseware-in-charge and verifying the stock in a required format.
Perform regular update on SDMS and prepare detailed report on the findings to LRD Manager. To follow up and get issues sorted out if any.
Responsible for supervision of all assets and Marketing materials and provide suitable guidance/ advice when necessary.
Prepare purchase orders Maintain and review computerized or manual records of items purchased, costs, delivery, product performance, and inventories.
Management of Courseware Order, distribution & monthly stocks for all centre, & dealing with suppliers and administrative issues.
Management of reprographic services at all centres including dealing with suppliers and administrative issues.
Any other duty as requested by the University.
