1.FRONT DESK OFFICER

1.1.Job Summary

To receive, direct customers to appropriate officers, consistent with centres requirements, make reservations and allocate rooms for conference consistently with the Centres requirements.

1.2.Qualifications and Education

•Certificate in Public Relations or equivalent
•At leats three years post qualification experience in Front Desk Officer or similar environment

1.3.Competencies

•Good customer relations
•Communication skills
•Telephone Etiquette and
•Computer Literate

1.4.Benefits

•Contributory Pension scheme 20% (member contributes 4% and employer 16% if on pension- for citizens only.
•25% Gratuity at the end of contract, 3 years if on fixed term contract
