Job purpose and key deliverables	Key Deliverables Analyse, supervise and control transactions posted at GL level through approval and reconciliation process in order for the company to have clear, fair and valid balances on the books.  Ensure OTIF posting of suppliers invoices, staff and other vendor’s advances, salaries and other related transactions. Verify the payment list and ensure that payment to be made on the following week are in line with instructions from the end market, valid and correct. Perform reconciliations/balance verification for Balance Sheet GL accounts and respective sub-ledgers. Perform analytical review of Balance Sheet balances and explain movements in accounts.
Essential requirements	Grade 12 certificate.  Degree in Accounting / Business Management.  Computer literacy.    5 years’ Supervision experience.    Fluent spoken and written English and Portuguese.  Capacity to work under pressure.
Desirable requirements	SAP experience is an added advantage.  Understanding of local legislation (specifically tax).  Demonstrate people leadership capabilities.
