Job Description
Support the Head, RC Legal & Compliance to ensure material legal and compliance risk are identified and appropriately mitigated, Review for the approval of Head RC L&C country addenda of product approvals document for local and cross border risk, attend to regulatory information requests, assist in coordination of regulatory visits and ensuring that all licenses fees are paid for in timeously and handle adhoc enquiries and surveys from regulators, ensure roll out of legal and complaince policies and procedures relating to RC and work work with Head of Legal to ensure coverge of all legal work undertaken by the Bank.
