1.ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR MECHANICAL - Tenable in Letlhakane 

1.1.Job Purpose

To ensure compliance with the legal requirements as set out in the Mines Quarries and Machinery Act and is responsible for creating a Health and Safety culture to achieve production targets within his area of responsibility. Compile and control necessary budget requirements in order to adequately maintain all equipment and infrastructure in his area of responsibility.Ensuring a proper maintenance and planning system, all equipment and infrastructure is adequately maintained in order to provide for optimum availability and utilization thereof to obtain production targets. Ensuring Customer satisfaction and sound relations. Responsible to manage all staffing matters. To provide on the job training and coaching. Manage workshop facilities, vehicles, tools, equipment and spares in his area of responsibility.

1.2.Qualifications & Experience

•O'Levels and an NCC qualification are minimum requirements.
•Relevant experience in Engineering and at least 3 years experience in Mechanical engineering.
•Mining environment experience will be an added advantage
